Rat Rider runs some illegal fights in DeGen District, defying Attikus’s orders when he said he wouldn’t allow fights in his neighborhood without getting paid his share. The Rider is hunted by Boom Corp as well and made some enemies with Kane the Collector’s gang when he stole a cargo with jewelry and bombs from Boom Corp that was being carried by Kane’s team.
The Rider and Night Ape grew up together in an orphanage as friends, but they don’t know that yet, since the Night Ape doesn’t remember his past and never takes off his mask. So, the Ape would the only Gen who would know that the Rider has, in fact, a good heart, but went down the wrong path after a traumatic event in his life. The loss of his friend and the destruction of the orphanage where he lived. The government gave the building to a company, and the message to Rat Rider was that if you have power, you can take whatever you want. But he never took anything from those who didn’t have a thing and always offered shelter for those who sought shelter.
Eventually, he will join the Ape to fight the real threat to Gen City.

Rat Rider’s feared by every single police officer that has faced him in a fight. You face him alone, you better run! Using his telekinesis, he’s one of the most proficuous villains in Gen City, however, he doesn’t have a big stock of alpha in his body.
